Before using our Products, you should read this Policy and understand our purposes and practices for collecting, processing personal information, including how we use, store, share, and transfer it. In the Policy, you will also find ways to exercise your rights to access, update, delete or protect your personal data.

In this Policy, personal data means information generated, collected, recorded and/or stored, electronically or otherwise, that can be used to identify an individual or reflect the activity of that individual, either from that information alone or from that information and other information we have access to about that individual.
Smart devices refer to those computer devices manufactured or manufactured by equipment manufacturers, with a human-machine interface and data transmission capability, that connect wirelessly to a network, including but not limited to: smart home appliances, smart wearable devices, smart electric scooters, smart air purification devices, etc.

3)- Additional camera-based services:
You can use the camera to scan the code by enabling the camera permissions to pair with a smart device, record videos, etc. Please note that even if you have agreed to enable camera permissions, we will only obtain information if you actively use the camera to scan codes, record video, etc.
4)–Additional photo/video access and upload services based on photo albums (photo library/video library): With this function, you can upload photos/images/videos after enabling the photo album permission, to realize functions such as changing avatar, reporting problems with the use of the device by providing photo evidence, etc. When you use photos and other features, we will not recognize this information; But when a user reports a problem with the use of the device, we may use the photos/images you upload to locate the problem.
5)- Additional services related to microphone services: The microphone can be used to send voice information after enabling microphone permissions, such as recording videos, waking up voice assistant, etc. voice assistant, etc. For these features, we will collect voice information to recognize your command. Please note that when you enable any of the permissions, you authorise us to collect and use relevant personal data in order to provide you with the relevant services. When you disable any permission, we will treat it as a cancellation of authorization and will no longer continue to collect personal information based on the relevant permissions, and related functions may be terminated. However, your decision to disable permissions will not affect the prior collection and use of information based on authorization.
7)- Information Collected Automatically
-Device Information: When you interact with our Product, we automatically collect device information, such as your device’s MAC address, IP address, wireless connection information, operating system and version, app version number, push notification ID, log files, and mobile network information.
-Usage Data: As you interact with our sites and services, we automatically collect data about your visits, clicks, downloads, messages sent/received, and other uses of our sites and services.
-Log Information: When you use our app, a system and exception log may be uploaded. Please note that you cannot identify a specific individual based on Device Information or Log Information alone. However, if these types of non-personal information, when combined with other information, can be used to identify a particular individual, such non-personal information will be treated as personal information. Unless we have obtained your consent, unless otherwise required by data protection laws and regulations, we will anonymize non-personal information.
Based on your consent, when you enable geo-fencing in the Products, your location information will be generated and shared with Google Map services. You may reject this use of your location information by managing your settings on the Products, after which we will stop collecting and using your location information.
8). Smart Device Related Information:

At the same time, we will also send you notifications related to the services you have purchased, such as alert services. You can select [App Notifications] to manage this communication. If you choose not to enable the notification feature, we will no longer process your information for this purpose.

Who do we share personal data with?
At Sharp Consumer Electronics Poland sp. z o.o., we only share personal data in the manner we inform you about. We may share personal data with the following recipients:
