SHARP Consumer Electronics Poland Sp. z o.o. (SHARP) ensures the repair of products covered by the repair obligation in accordance with the Right to Repair Directive (EU) 2024/1799. The repair is provided via Authorized Service Partners for TVs and E-mobility products offered by SHARP in Europe Union market.

The repair cost includes the spare parts (if needed) price, as determined by the Authorized Service Partner, plus labour and logistics costs based on local rates.

Information on repair services, including indicative prices for typical repairs of products subject to the repair obligation, is available upon request by contacting Authorised Service Partners.

Spare parts can be purchased through:

• Authorised Service Partners (contacts available via web form),

• designated Parts Distributor ASWO.,

in accordance with their respective ordering procedures.

List of the spare parts available for televisions in comply with Regulation (EU) 2019/2021 on ecodesign requirements for electronic displays:

1. For Professional Repairers.
   • internal power supply,
   • connectors for external devices,
   • capacitors above 400 microfarads,
   • other electronic modules.
2. For SHARP’s Consumers and Professional Repairers.
   • remote controllers,
   • external power supply.

Spare parts remain available for the period required by applicable legislation.

Repair documentation, required by Regulation (EU) 2019/2021, for professional repair shops is provided on behalf of the manufacturer by Authorized Service Partners.
